Melissa Meza, LMFT
As owner and therapist at Firefly Addiction & Family Therapy, I work diligently to help those stuck in painful patterns and unhealthy relationships.  I specialize in taking the emotional processes, which are typically unseen, and making them tangible and workable.  In turn, this allows us to create a roadmap to new ways of interacting while rebuilding trust within our relationships and with ourselves. The result is skills that will create clarity and simplify communication.  My specialties include addiction treatment, couples counseling, trauma, depression, and anxiety.
